4. Northern Crew Trademark Guidelines.  Coastal 32™ and other Coastal 32 names and logos used on the website, products and services are owned by Coastal 32 LLC. The Coastal 32 trademarks are valuable assets of Coastal 32 and any unauthorized use of the Coastal 32 trademark is prohibited. Proper use of Coastal 32 trademark is important, you may use the Coastal 32 trademark if used properly and not portrayed as your own.
5. Limitations to use of the services. Children under the age of 13 may not use the services and parents or legal guardians may not agree to these terms on their behalf. Children above the age of 13 and under the age of 18 may use the site under the supervision of a parent or a legal guardian as long as they agree to the terms and conditions.
